Bread Rolls are one of my favorite snack, easy and quick to make.
You can go experimental with the bread roll fillings by adding potato, peas, corn, cheese or whatever you like. Though I like it simple most of the times with potatoes and green peas.
You may choose to remove the bread sides, but I prefer to keep the sides as it adds more crunch to the bread roll.
If you want to go light then you can use light olive oil for frying the bread rolls or else refined oil works well. Eat bread rolls with tomato sauce and green chutney to add flavors according to your palate.
Yummy, go try the recipe and let me know in comments if you liked it.

Take a big bowl and fill it with water. Take a slice of bread and dip in water for 2 seconds. Take the bread out and press in between your palms to remove the excess water.
-
Take a spoon full of filling and put it in between the bread and roll it up from the sides to make a round ball.
-
Deep fry in the oil of your liking.

Serve with green chutney and red sauce. A strong ginger tea will double up the fun 🙂

I prepare this dish all the time for my kids. I have seen so many bread based dishes in which the brown edges of the bread slices are always removed. I like to keep the sides as it gives a good color and nice crunch to the dish. finally someone who also does the same like me. This dish is super delicious. Those who haven’t tried it please try and you will definitely love it.
My favourite snack.
