A Bread Pizza is an easy to cook, time saving and no doubt money saving dish! It can be enjoyed as a tea time snack by the elders, as a fast food by the youngsters and as a yummy tiffin surprise for the children.
The word PIZZA was first recorded in 10th century in Italy. Basically a pizza is based on pizza base but altering its formation pizza can also be based on bread. We can use healthy wheat bread that adds to its nutritional value. It is also a smart and mouthwatering way to make our naughty vegetables haters fall in love with the same.
We can make it more attractive by adding colorful vegetables like red juicy tomato, green soft capsicum, beautiful cut onion rings, grated cheese, chopped fresh basil, etc.

Crisp Cheesy Bread Pizza Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 cups Suji
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Capsicum
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Onion
- 3 tbsp Curd
- 2 cup Milk
- 1 cup Water
- Cheese Grated
- Salt to taste
- Red Chilli Powder
- Kitchen King Masala or Garam Masala according to taste (optional)
Instructions

Take suji and add finely cut vegetables in it.

Add salt to taste and some red chilli powder to it.

Mix in curd, milk, and water to the suji.

Now toast your bread on one side and put this mixture on the toasted side.

Add some cheese over it and place the bread in the oven.

Cut this bread into 2 pieces and enjoy amazing Home-made Pizza

If you are making it on tawa, then you need to cook it from the side of the mixture before putting the cheese.
Recipe Notes
If you don’t have an oven, then you can cook the same recipe on tawa. In case you want to melt the cheese then you can cover the bread with a cover (may be a big bowl) and cook it on the lowest flame.
