Most of us like fried foods! The non-veggies would jump over to the table when they smell fried chicken being cooked in their house. French fries are not less aromatic as well. But these dishes have been around for quite a sometime and we want some change now. If I tell you that you can cook a protein-rich fried stuff in your kitchen that is purely veg then you might be surprised if you haven’t heard of soyas! Well, I am talking about soya chunks fries which can impersonate fried chicken when we talk in terms of the protein content.
Soya chunks fries can also be accompanied with baked breads. Lastly, I would like to cheer you up by saying that Soya chunks fries takes only about 20-25 minutes for being cooked. So, if you are planning to prepare breakfast then soya chunks fries can be a very good option.
