Tandoori Paneer Cheese Pizza Crackers with sprouted pulses

  • 6 Parle Top Crackers
  • 1 cube Amul Cheese
  • 3 tsp Paneer grated
  • 5 tbsp Vegetables like onion, cabbage, capsicum and tomato (Finely diced)
  • 2 tbsp Sprouted Moong
  • Tandoori Masala to taste
  • Red Chilli Powder to taste
  • Chaat Masala to taste
  • 1 Pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup


  1. Apply mayonnaise to the inner part of 3 crackers.
  2. Arrange bases in a serving tray.
  3. Mix together paneer, moong, onion, capsicum, tomato in a bowl.
  4. Sprinkle all masalas, salt and mix well.
  5. Place little mixture on each cracker.

  6. Cover with a top cracker.
  7. Arrange cheese slices on top of each.

  8. Garnish with remaining mixture.

  9. Place a fresh cherry on top and serve
