Cut the tomato, onion and green chilli finely. Grind the ginger and garlic. Chop the green coriander leaves too.
In a pressure cooker, heat the oil and add the onion and saute until translucent.
Put the tomato pieces, green chilli, and the Ginger-Garlic paste.
Stir fry till the tomatoes are cooked well then add the matki and moong.
Now add the seasonings like the salt,haldi, red chilli powder, and Goda masala. Then add 3 to 4 cups of water.
Pressure cook on high flame till 4 whistles. Let the pressure release on its own.
Serve with a dash of lemon, Pav, Farsan, and chopped onion
